Nannzy is a platform that allows parents and families to connect with caregivers through subscription-based services, including messaging, profile access, and interview scheduling.

Nature of Services
Nannzy is an online platform that helps parents and families discover and connect with independent caregivers, babysitters, nannies, and childcare providers.
Through a paid subscription, users may access features including:
Nannzy does not directly employ caregivers unless explicitly stated. Caregivers operate independently and are solely responsible for the services they provide.
Nannzy does not guarantee employment, hiring, caregiver availability, suitability, or compatibility between users and caregivers.
- Messaging caregivers;
- Viewing caregiver profiles;
- Conducting interviews;
- Scheduling meetings;
- Accessing premium platform features.
User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep your account details updated.
Note: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false information or involved in suspicious, abusive, or unlawful activity.
Subscription Plans and Payments
Certain features of Nannzy require an active paid subscription.
Subscription fees, billing cycles, and included features will be displayed on the website or app at the time of purchase.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Nannzy to charge the selected payment method.
Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated under applicable law or our refund policy.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or features at any time with reasonable notice.
Messaging and Interviews
Paid subscribers may communicate with caregivers through the platform messaging system.
Users are solely responsible for conducting interviews, verifying caregiver credentials, and making hiring decisions.
Nannzy encourages users to independently verify references, identification documents, certifications, and background information before hiring any caregiver.
Note: Nannzy is not responsible for any conduct, actions, negligence, disputes, damages, or incidents arising from interactions between users and caregivers.
Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- use the platform for unlawful purposes;
- provide false or misleading information;
- harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against other users;
- attempt to bypass subscription payments;
- upload malicious software or harmful content;
- scrape, copy, or misuse platform data;
- impersonate another person or entity.
Note: Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, designs, graphics, text, and platform functionality are the exclusive property of Nannzy and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Nannzy provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:
Users access and use the platform at their own risk.
- uninterrupted or error-free platform access;
- the accuracy of caregiver information;
- the quality, safety, legality, or reliability of caregiver services;
- successful hiring outcomes or user satisfaction.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nannzy shall not be liable for:
- disputes between users and caregivers;
- injuries, losses, damages, or misconduct arising from caregiver services;
- interruptions, errors, or security breaches on the platform;
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Note: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your subscription during the preceding three months.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nannzy, its affiliates, employees, directors, partners, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- your use of the platform;
- your interactions with caregivers or other users;
- your breach of these Terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Nannzy at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the platform or other users.
Note: Termination does not remove your obligation to pay outstanding fees or liabilities accrued before termination.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of Nannzy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
Return & Refund Policy
Nannzy operates as a subscription-based online platform that connects parents with independent babysitters and nannies. We do not directly provide babysitting or nanny services and are not responsible for service arrangements between users. Due to the digital and service-based nature of the platform, all subscription payments are non-refundable and no return policy applies. Users may cancel their subscription at any time to avoid future recurring charges; however, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period. By subscribing, users acknowledge and agree to these terms.
